What happens after your enquiry
Step 1: Response within 24 hours. I reply personally – not an assistant. For urgent enquiries (such as during an active estate division or insurance event) I respond the same day.
Step 2: Confidential first conversation. A first conversation lasts 30 to 45 minutes, by phone, video or in person in Zollikon. It is free of charge and without obligation. Together we clarify whether working with me is the right step for your situation.
Step 3: Clear proposal. If working together makes sense, you receive a written mandate with clear scope, fee structure, time frame and data protection terms. Only then does work begin.
